I am deputed at the client office. I use PSL laptop only to check mails. But in my last appraisal my manager told me that I need to get 60 credit points for promotion. But due to client work load, i won't be able to do that. So, I have resigned from PSL mentioning the same that promotion will not happen.
But my manager told me that he will try to give me a promotion in next cycle (ignoring the credit points clause). He is asking me to withdraw resign
Shall I withdraw my resign? Persistent

I feel like this would make comparison a bit more challenging because while those all have umami it’s kinda tough to compare steak to mushrooms.
Maybe you could do something where they are paired with the same wine/alcohol? I did a wine tasting once with a bunch of different things and was super interesting how much the flavor of the wine changed.

Not really to be honest. The tasting I did was at a winery. But you could try starting from the wine angle and look for wine tasting deliveries that include food pairing.
-How would you distinguish between the foods (there are worksheets for beer tastings to help you describe flavor scent texture etc
-what foods would you include? Will start with steak, tomatoes, mushrooms, umami powder, MSG
Following because I love this idea

Ooh - how did you do the beer and chip tastings? Asking for a friend
My brother actually did the chip one for my mom. All I know is they tried a ton of different brands of potato chips and some cool flavors.
My mom led the beer one. We blind taste tested 6 different ones and she had a worksheet to help us describe the beers and then guess what kind they were
I think this could be pretty interesting to compare umami (savoriness) across foods. Not hard to look up high umami foods.
Parmesan, shiitake, tomato (maybe dried?), kimchi, miso, etc.
The above may be a bit odd for a gift though.
Appreciate it! It'll just be my parents, brother and sister in law so probably not realistic to get a large variety of dishes/drinks anyway
