I’d personally choose based on WLB and team culture / fit unless you have pressing financial needs (paying down debt aggressively, supporting your family, etc.) and the $30k will make a substantial difference.
Otherwise... Enjoying your life >>> $30k.

I've prioritized WLB pretty much my entire career, so #1 for sure. I can think of far more enjoyable uses of my time than spending an extra 10-20 hours for an extra ~$650/wk pre tax.
Putting it another way, assuming #1 averages 45 hours per week and #2 averages 60, and you'd work 46 weeks per year at both, #1 comes in at $72/hr while #2 comes in at $65/hr. I'd look for parity at a minimum for taking a higher burn job.
☝️This. You will barely feel the benefit from jumping $150k to $180k, especially after tax. We all want higher salary with no doubt, and I am not saying $30k more is bad, but it’s not as life changing as you jump from $70k to $100k. The benefit from working 15 hours/wk less however is life changing.
If the 2nd is coinbase then I’d take that. Much greater overall growth trajectory for the company and room to gain responsibility. Plus option to exit into other crypto related things in the future which is key.
Choose based on manager + manager’s manager + executives + cultural fit. You will be happier at the one where you like the people you work with daily more. I moved from BCG to tech and the WLB is so much better even if it’s longer hours one day, it’s less hours another day
Did you not like the people at BCG and similar? Would love to hear more about the differences.
Do you have a sense for how trajectories differ?
With your desired lifestyle, is there a significant difference between $160k and $190k?
In thirty years, which will you regret not taking?
LinkedIn BizOps bonus is essentially guaranteed. Target bonus for Associate is 10% - it’s not like consulting where only X% get the 10% and the rest get less.
You’ll get 10% if you get meets, top performers get 12%+. I’ve been here a few years and have never gotten less than 100% of my target bonus.
You can get promoted to manager without there being “need.”
Is #2 coinbase?
Is wlb bad on all teams? Ie Biz ops, Corp dev, etc or just one specific team?

I’d take 2 and see if I can have a few weeks in between those jobs to recover from the burnout

You’d only on your 2nd job, so if you’re really burnt out, I’d take LinkedIn for 1-2 years the re-evaluate. If you later want the faster paced environment, the door will be open especially with the LinkedIn brand.
Think about trajectory, room for upwards development. It's not just about immediate comp IMO.
Interested in learning more about bizops. Can you share the type of interviews you experienced and what type of skill sets/background they look for?
Strategy background and lots of case interviews along with some take home assignments
YOE, what’re you making now?

Wow this is an amazing exit after just 2 years
You can always jump elsewhere for more $$$ and worse WLB. It’ll cost you a lot more in the long run to crash and burn now.
Chill for a year, reprioritize, learn some new things, enjoy life outside work, then get back into the ring. You can always recruit again for more money and hours.
Feels short sided, a few more years at LEK could get you a 300k exit
C2: You can be AP ($450-500k) within 5 years of undergrad at McKinsey if you consistently perform at the top bracket.
2. I am former LEK and help a lot of ppl with this stuff feel free to Dm
How did you apply to LinkedIn? Do you have to use a referral? I’m dying out here.
How many YOE do you have?
